Jordan’s Principle funding helps First Nation children in need of products, services, or support. The goal is to ensure that all First Nations children have access to the public services and supports that they need, including education, health, childcare, dental, optometry, recreation, culture, and language.

Your child is eligible if:

  1. They are under 19 years old

  2. They are registered/eligible for status OR have a parent who is registered/eligible for status OR be a recognized member of a First Nation

Other sources of funding must be considered before applying in most circumstances. CSFS’ Jordan’s Principle Service Coordinators can help you access Jordan’s Principle funding and will help you through every step of the process.
