Per Capita Distribution (PCD) for the IR No. 14 Reserve Reduction Specific Claim
STATEMENT OF THE VOTES
I, GRAEME RICHARD DREW, Electoral Officer responsible for the ratification vote of the Cheslatta Carrier Nation to approve a proposed Per Capita Distribution (PCD) of settlement funds received from Canada for the IR No. 14 Reserve Reduction Specific Claim, DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE THAT:
I was present at Danskin on July 23, 2026 when Voters of the First Nation voted on the proposed Per Capita Distribution (PCD) of settlement funds received from Canada for the IR No. 14 Reserve Reduction Specific Claim in accordance with the Cheslatta Carrier Nation Custom Election Code (June 3, 2024).
The number of Voters whose names were recorded on the Voter List was 283.
The results of the Ratification Vote are as follows:
a) 52 mail-in ballots were cast
b) 46 in-person ballots were cast
c) 90 electronic ballots were cast
d) 0 ballots were spoiled
e) 11 ballots were rejected
f) 175 ballots were marked “YES” for the Ballot Question
g) 2 ballots were marked “NO” for the Ballot Question.
A certified version of these voting results will be issued by myself following the end of the appeal period/process.
AND I MAKE THIS SOLEMN DECLARATION conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of the same force as if made under oath and by virtue of the Canada Evidence Act.

If more members vote yes than no, each eligible member will receive their distribution. Funds will be distributed the following week after the ratification.
What happens if I personally vote no? Will I not receive a distribution?
Even if you voted no, you’ll still receive a distribution if the vote passes.
